File Format Readers

File format readers included in beancount_reds_importers are:

• OFX
• CSV (single and multitable support)
• XLSX (single and multitable support)

All readers use file name and extension matching to quickly identify and eliminate mismatches in a folder full of files you might have downloaded.

OFXs, being a machine friendly format, are relatively easy to read. XLSXs are essentially the same as CSVs once read. CSVs are tricky to read, since there is no universal format. Multitable CSVs (or XLSXs) are even tricker. Here is how to handle each of these:
